- All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse operating Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST.
- Orders are processed and dispatched during warehouse operating hours only.
- During peak periods and sale events, standard handling times may increase to up to 15 business days due to increased order volumes.
- All prices on www.notace.com.au are quoted and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST unless otherwise stated.
- Customers are charged the same total price at checkout regardless of shipping destination.
- GST refunds do not apply to online orders. This policy complies with Australian and New Zealand GST legislation.
- Any customs duties, foreign taxes, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- Australian export regulations require us to declare the exact value of all goods and mark shipments as dutiable merchandise. Orders cannot be marked as gifts.
- If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, it will be automatically cancelled and refunded. You will be notified by email.
- Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched separately.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, it may ship according to the timeframe stated on the product page.
- International returns incur a $20 AUD processing fee.
